What Size Should I Order?
If you’re ever confused about which size to order, please refer to our Sizing Chart to find the perfect size for you. Make sure you measure yourself without clothes to get the most accurate fit.
What if I Receive a Damaged Item?
If any item you order arrives damaged, please send us an email at orders@sparrowmarketplace.com to initiate either a return or exchange for the damaged product. Please include your order # in the subject, and let us know if you’d like to return the item for store credit, or exchange it for another item!
Can I Return My Item?
Yes! You can return or exchange products within 30 days of the fulfillment date as long as it is not final sale. Please note that any returned items will be refunded via store credit and not onto the original payment method. Returned products must be unworn and unwashed. Due to hygiene policies any accessories, intimates, swimwear, face coverings, and bodysuits are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
When Will My Item Be Shipped?
All purchases are shipped within 48 hrs of receiving order and can take 4-7 days to arrive at your doorstep.
Do You Have a Physical Store?
Yes! Our flagship store is located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. You can shop with us online or in-store to find great fashion.
Do You Have a Membership/Referral Program?
Yes, we do! As a Sparrow Loyalty Program member, you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent and get cool benefits like birthday gifts and exclusive discounts. We also have a referral program where you can get paid for referring your friends and family. Create an account with us now to earn 10 points!
How Can I Use Store Credits?
If you don’t have any returns in process, you can apply your store credits at checkout to get a discount. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about using store credits.
Does Store Credit Expire?
No, store credits don’t expire. So shop without worries!
Can I Pick Up An Item From The Store?
If you live in the Tuscaloosa area and would like to pick up your order at our store, simply choose that option at checkout. You might even see something else you like in-store!
